Museo Internacional del Barroco

Puebla is known as the center of the Baroque movement in Mexico, and this internationally renowned museum is dedicated to its gaudy culture ranging from ornately decorated reliefs to rare artifacts from the period. What makes the museum particularly interesting is that it's housed in a sleek modern building designed by Japanese architect Toyo Ito.
